Metabolic Efficiency Testing with Interpretation

This nutritional assessment will help you discover if you are efficient in using your almost unlimited stores of fat as energy or if you more of a carbohydrate burner.  This information is crucial for improving health and performance.  Fuel4mance will provide full testing to determine your metabolic efficiency and they will also provide a full interpretation and customized nutrition and exercise plan to improve your body's ability to use fat as an energy source.

Fuel4mance uses the Parvo Medics metabolic cart, the most scientifically validated metabolic cart on the market that is used at Olympic Training Centers and Universities.  This assessment is ideal for any person who wants to receive a customized nutrition plan that focuses on reducing body weight and body fat or for any athlete who wishes to receive a competition nutrition plan that focuses on eliminating the risk of GI distress.  You will meet with a Sport Dietitian for 1.5-2 hours and undergo this assessment and spend one-on-one time learning how to implement your metabolically efficient nutrition and exercise plan.
