Dina Griffin, MS, RD, CSSD, METS

No matter your athletic ability and level, daily nutrition plays a key role in supporting your health, training, and race goals. As a sport dietitian and athlete herself, Dina understands the many challenges that athletes encounter.  Whether your goals include weight loss, improving nutrition for training and race day, or managing a health condition such as diabetes, she works to understand your goals and challenges. She will strategize with you to overcome obstacles, optimize your nutrition, and meet or exceed your goals in a realistic and healthful manner.

Dina earned her master’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University and is a Board Certified Specialist in Sport Dietetics. She is a competitive marathon runner, age group triathlete, and ultrarunner. Her recent athletic achievements include a 12:14 finish and 14th in her age group at Ironman Coeur D'Alene, a sub 3:25 PR at the Boston marathon, and top placement in her age group at local 70.3 triathlons, 50km and 50-mile running races.  She is also proud to be a Leadville 100 mile run finisher in 2014.

Dina's clientele includes all levels of runners and triathletes including top marathon and triathlon age group competitors and Ironman World Championship qualifiers and finishers; competitive cyclists, adventure racers, ultra runners and ultra endurance athletes. Some of the athletes she has worked with recently include:
